Edea Power Wedge

Edea Power Wedge, 2 pieces.

It consists on an insert plate to be used when assembling flat roller frames onto a boot.
Why use the power edge?

. To keep the foot in its natural position
. For not deforming the boot and the boot fitting
. To make the assembling operations easier.

The boots are designed with a sloping toe to keep the foot in its natural position. In the past, when assembling a flat roller frame, the boot was pulled down, forced flat, the toe was deformed and became narrow.

Before applying the screws you can temporarily tape the power wedge to the frame, placing the hollow towards the frame. It is not necessary to use the power wedge on sloped roller frames.
